Paper Art Prints and Paintings:

- All paper art prints are eligible for a refund for 30 days if they are damaged during shipping and handling.

- All paper art prints are eligible for an exchange for 30 days if they are damaged during shipping and handling.

- All paintings are non-refundable. During shipping, there will be insurance placed on the item in case of issues with shipping.

Guitars and other Commission Projects:

- Any client's guitar or commission project being shipped to Chalkley Matlack if damaged by the shipping. courier, Chalkley Matlack is not responsible for shipping damages.

- Guitars or commission projects are not eligible for a refund if they are damaged by shipping and handling. 

- Once a guitar or commission project design is finalized with a client and the work has begun, the client is not eligible for a refund of the deposit if the client backs out of the contract.
